Arts & Craft Vendors

Complete and sign the agreement and application and return it with your application fee (keep a copy for your records). Space is limited to approximately 40 vendors and priority will be given to artists and artisans presenting original works. Booth space acceptance will be confirmed starting March 1st and no later than April 15th. Once accepted, all application fees are non-refundable.

Terms of Exhibition

SPACE

The A&C Vendor, in consideration of the payment of $75.00 fee, shall rent a 10′ X 10′ uncovered exhibition space in the Arts & Crafts area of the Wings of Jubilee Hot Wing Festival.

All A&C Vendors will need to provide their own tent if they would like one (We do not furnish tents). WOJ will obtain a tent permit on your behalf from Code Enforcement. You will not need to obtain the code enforcement permit as WOJ has taken care of this. No electricity will be provided

All A&C Vendors are responsible for their display/booth area. A&C Vendors will provide their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. needed for their display. At the conclusion of the festival, A&C Vendors shall remove all supplies, material, refuse, and any other materials from their booth area.

Spaces will be assigned with preference towards artists and artisans offering their own work for sale. Notification of acceptance of your application will begin July 1, 2017 and no later than Sept 1, 2017. Subject to space availability, every effort will he made to comply with your preference of location.

SET UP

A&C Vendors may set up their display/booth on Saturday of the festival from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. There will be absolutely no set-up before Saturday morning. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE FIELD BY 9:00 A.M. ON SATURDAY. VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD UNTIL 7:00 a.m. ON SATURDAY.

SALE LIMITATIONS

A&C Vendor may not sell “commercially crafted or antique/flea market items” unless such items have been approved in writing by WOJ, Exhibitor Committee. No alcohol sales permitted.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST THE REMOVAL OF ANY OBJECTIONABLE ITEMS FROM THE EXHIBITOR’S BOOTH.

WOJ SERVICES

WOJ will provide city-wide advertising for this event. WOJ will provide security for the park Saturday. HOWEVER, WOJ, MEMPHIS CATHOLIC, JUBILEE CATHOLIC SCHOOLS, THEIR AGENTS, EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS TO YOUR PERSONS, PERSONAL BELONGINGS, ARTICLES THAT YOU HAVE TO SELL, OR EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION.

A&C Vendors will be provided with four (4) exhibitor credentials per booth. Access to the grounds will be granted at the Alrose/Mt Moriah service entrance on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Do not lose or throw these away.

If you have any problems or need information, please report to the Volunteer booth at the park gazebo. There are also security personnel available on the grounds during the Festival.
